About me

I live in Worcestershire, looking out over the beautiful Malvern Hills, an area with a long history of promoting health and wellbeing. As a life coach, I draw on my diverse experiences to help others lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

With a background in Human Sciences (BSc) and a post-graduate degree in International Relations (MA), I have spent over 20 years dedicated to improving individual and community wellbeing. My journey began through volunteering in South Africa, India, and The Gambia, and later evolved through roles in UK local government and charities. Alongside my work as life coach, I continue to work in the charity sector on projects focused on improving the lives of others.

I have extensive training in both leadership and management (ILM, Level 6, and PGDip, Level 7) as well as health and wellbeing (Health & Wellbeing Coaching Certificate, Counselling Skills, Youth Work, and Mental Health First Aid).

This training has deepened my understanding of myself and how I can best serve others, enabling me to draw on my core strengths in my coaching practise: patience, empathy and kindness.

My passion for personal health and wellbeing has led me to explore various physical pursuits, from marathons to ultra-distance walks and cycling across the UK. Iā€™m a qualified Fitness Instructor and have also completed Mountain Leader training. I am an avid lover of the great outdoors, frequently wild camping and immersing myself in nature. Whether hiking through British National Parks or camping under the stars, I find nature to be a source of peace and strength, helping me to stay grounded and connected to the present moment.

In addition to these, I train in traditional Japanese Ju Jutsu and volunteer to support children's classes, believing martial arts offer valuable lessons in discipline, focus, and personal growth.

Alongside my physical pursuits, I incorporate mindfulness and meditation into my life to maintain a sense of calm and balance.
